SHIPPING POLICY

In-Store

We ask that customers pick up orders placed as In-Store Pickup within two (2) weeks. If you are unable to pick up your order within that time, please contact us. Orders not picked up within four (4) weeks without customer communication will be considered abandoned and subject to cancellation.

Orders placed within one (1) hour of store closure will be filled the next day the store is open

In-Store Pickup

Visit during our advertised operating hours, come inside and provide a staff member with your name. The staff member will then retrieve your order.

When your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email saying it has shipped. This does not mean it was sent out, but that it is ready at the store to be grabbed whenever convenient for you.

Orders containing more than 100 items may take longer to prepare. Please wait until you receive your email notification or call ahead.

Third-Party Pickup

To have another person pick up your order, please contact us in advance.

Adding Items to an Order

Place a second order with the additional item(s) and pick up the orders together(time and other restrictions for the chosen pickup method apply).

Other Modifications

Contact us for other order modifications, including:

  • Remove items from an order awaiting fulfillment that contains preorder product.

  • Cancel an order.

Shipping Policy

All orders received prior to 12 PM Mon-Fri will be shipped out the same day.  We ship orders Mon-Fri, so if you order after 12 PM on Friday, your package will not be shipped until Monday.  All packages receive tracking information, this means you can track the progress of your package through USPS.  


Once a package has left our hands and has been verified into a USPS sorting facility(per tracking information), we are no longer responsible for the package, and will be unable to offer refunds for packages that are verified to have been received by the USPS.  While it is rare for packages to get lost in the mail, it does happen. 

 

If your package is a priority: there are upgraded shipping options available to you. 

 

If you would like insurance on an order: please contact us to have it added to your package (at your cost).

For International Orders: We will ship to any third party proxy within the United States or any valid US address. However, we do not ship internationally. 


ALL ORDERS $100+ are required to have signature confirmation(at our cost).
