REFUND POLICY

In-Store Return Policy

Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and per the criteria listed below. If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, receipt and reason for requesting the return.

After your authorized return is received, the product will be evaluated to confirm condition.

​

Many of the companies that we work with have direct return/replacement policies. We strongly encourage you to reach out to them if you discover a flaw in your product.

These include but are not limited to:

- Games Workshop: Warhammer

- Wizards of the Coast: Magic the Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons

- Many board games creators such as Hasbro, Gamewright, The Game Steward and Tabletop Tycoon

 

Refunds
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Cancellations

You may contact us to cancel an order for any reason before the order is fulfilled. If an order has already been fulfilled, you may request an authorized return.

Returning Custom or Preordered Merchandise

Returns on custom or preordered items are not accepted unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returning Singles

Due to the volatile nature of the singles market, returns on singles are not accepted in-store but you can submit them for trade-in. If your online order contains a discrepancy or the condition of the items are not as described, please contact us and include photos of those items if able.

Returning Other Merchandise

For sealed products or supplies with manufacturing defects:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Apparel that has been laundered, worn, or altered in any way.

  • Factory-sealed products that have been opened, including removal of shrink-wrap.

  • TCG Booster packs, boxes, singles, etc.
